England v Fiji Review

It wasn’t a stunning performance from England but they did enough to secure a solid victory.

England full back Mike Brown was a worthy man of the match scoring two tries. However it wasn’t all plain sailing for us with man mountain Nadolo – who’s not only strong but fast too – scoring a try for Fiji.

At one stage in the second half it looked as if Fiji might be making a comeback but after some substitutions including Farrell, Burgess and Vunipola England pushed on and showed their technical quality and superiority.

Perhaps the best news for England was the last minute try from Vunipola – which was only given after the referee reviewed it a couple of times on the TV screens. This was England’s 4th try securing them what could be a valuable bonus point in what has been said to be the group of death.

Bring on Wales!
