Arsenal v Spurs Review

It has been 3 games since my last report and a lot has happened.

The first of the three games was in the Capital One Cup against a small team called Tottenham. It was a big game for obvious reasons but even bigger because of what happened in the previous game against Chelsea. It was a perfect chance to bounce back and give the fans something to cheer about and that was exactly what happened.

It was a close game with both teams playing a weaker team than usual and it was Arsenal who scored first. And I don’t think anyone would have guessed it would have been Flamini who scored it!

Spurs then equalised in the second half through a Chambers own goal before goal machine Flamini scored an amazing volley to win us the game.

So we are through to the next round and even though it wasn’t as important as other games between the two a lot of pride was still at stake. You always want to beat your rivals and it’s never bad to win and go on a run in a competition and maybe win it.
